Human Heart
Human heart cake carved, iced with heated buttercream and fondant inferior, superior vena cava, aorta and pulmonary vessels. This cake was made for a local hospitals cardiovascular surgery techs but would also be great for halloween.
Thinking about eating it is pretty gross, but it is a wonderful representation of a heart!! Great job!
