Gumpaste floral(lilac, ivory roses, violets) bouquet copied from Kerry Vincent's Romantic Cakes book. Large initials were color flow(runny royal icing). Ivory colored fondant covering cakes.
The purple sculpture was the letter P created with color flow or runny royal icing with a wire stuck into it. The pattern was a fancy script. It is two dimensional. So not a sculpture but a fancy edible letter P, which was to be the married couple's last name's first letter.
To get the texture on the bow, I used the PME Ribbed/Smocking Rolling Pin #17420 at www.globalsugarart.com. I rolled out ivory colored gumpaste. Rolled the rolling pin in one direction over the gumpaste. Then turned the rolling pin perpendicular(or rotate 90 degrees) to the first roll, and rolled again to create miniature squares/textured look on the gumpaste.
