This cake was a blast and made the client so happy. I took some of the inspiration from the awesome cakes on this website and made it my own! It is a half a sheet on the bottom, double layer with fudge filling. The top is the Wilton wondermold pan, torted with chocolate filling. The rest of the icing is buttercream and the shells are made with white chocolate. I was so happy with her tail which I made out of fondant (after many tries!!!), and coated with pearlshimmer dust.
