Tropical Sunshine Cake
Today is my 16th Wedding Anniversary. I found this recipe and sounded yummy! So I made it. Recipe: 1 box of yellow cake mix, add 1cup of evaporated milk and 2 eggs. Mix well, add one cup of crushed pineapples sprinkle top with almonds. bake 350 for around 30-40 mins.I used a 9x3 round pan. Toast about a cup of coconut (keep aside). add 2 tablespoons of pineapple juice to 3/4ths cup of powdered sugar. Once the cake is out, pour the sugar syrup on warm cake.On cooled cake add coconut and whipped cream.
It really sound & looks yummy happy B'lated! I will be trying this recipe soon.
