Fsu Helmet
German chocolate cake with traditional filling, caramel crumb coat and coconut flavored mmf. The type of cake and filling made it difficult to get it smooth for the fondant to go on but the guy it was for was happy! I wanted to make the spear using a chocolate transfer but ran out of the garnet color! Dusted the helmet with super gold to make it look more like the real helmets.

I got it on ebay for a steal-like $5!
