These cake were tought to cover with fondant. The books are lemon cakes with raspberry filling and the graduation cap is a chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream filling. I used edible 14 karat gold on the "07" that is on the tassel. The tassel is made of fondant and gumpaste. The diploma is white chocolate.
