I have done this cake before. The roses are different color and a little bigger. Overall I am ok with it. Except the toper tier I need to move it a little more so the string line up. This was the first time I used Bakery Crafts support system. Not really crazy about them. First the pillar set was crooked, it was not me. And second, I really dont like the little spike in the center.. Makes it hard to put the plate down. This will be about the only time I say it, but I like wilton plates better for this type of thing.
