This is a cake my daughter designed. I carved the dog bone out of a 1/2 sheet cake. It is vanilla cake with butter cream dream icing. I purchased the dog toppers and candles. She added all the blue polka dots-she is an up and coming decorator and loves to help mom!!!!!!!! Thanks for all the ideas on this website!
