Piano Sheet Music Tiered Cake
This was a last minute throw-together for the 2007 San Diego Cakes on Parade Show and Competition. Cake covered in fondant, "sheet music" is rice paper written with edible ink pen, paino keys are also fondant. Music staffs on sides of cake are royal icing.

Sorry all, Nah, I didn't place with this and I didn't expect to. I enjoyed doing it any way and would do it again, the competition in this category was pretty stiff, the best cakes won rightfully so.
