This was my first time covering a cake completely with fondant. Shared the MMF recipe and made my Instructor's day. (Shhh....don't tell Wilton.) Used it for my Step-Mother-in-Law's Birthday Party. The roses are half fondant and half gumpaste mixed, then dusted with luster dust.
