My dad requested this for Father's Day. Chocolate cake with chocolate pudding/cherry filling. Semi-sweet ganache frosting. I intended to whip the ganache, but I must have messed up the proportions because it didn't whip. So I poured, spread, and chilled and it tasted fine.
