very cute, please tell how you made, what you used, what are your figures made of or are they bought, cake looks great, but would love to know what materials you used

The figures are actually are made of plactic. It a baby bath toy which was bought by my customer. She wanted me to use it as a decor and later she can re-use for her baby bath toy.
