This cake just about did me in. Everything that could go wrong DID. I won't bother with the details of the mishaps. This is a 6", 8" and 9" marble cake with vanilla butter cream icing. Flowers are all royal icing. Piping is butter cream. (Unfortunately, an outdoor wedding in mid 80s...not a good combo with cake icing. Had to "patch" with extra flowers that I took in emergency kit.)
