Devils food with buttercream icing. Fondant bow & bands, and I used some left over flowers from course 2! My fiance thinks it looks like a womans hat from years gone by?

can you tell us what technique you used to smooth your cake to make the top of the cake look rounded?
I use the Viva papertowel smoothing method. After the spatula icing, I put cakes in fridge for 1/2 hour, then smooth with Viva and the fondant smoother.
