This was for my father-in-law's 60th birthday a couple of years ago. It was based on a hat he had. The board and cake are covered in fondant, with fondant decorations. Donald himself is modelling paste. I traced a picture of him, placed parchment paper on top and then modelled the shape with different coloured paste.
