I got an order for a 1/2 sheet dora cake and was at a loss for ideas. Thanks to jenncowin's dora stars cake, the client loved it!! The cake is iced in buttercream with MMF leaves, flowers and stars. I also added some royal icing butterflies

Looks good! I can't take full responsibilty for this cake idea though, lacielou76 came up with it originally (we work at the same shoppe). I'm glad your client loved it though.

Thanks for all the compliments, and thanks again jenncowin for the idea! I got the patterns for the butterflies from a book called Pretty Party Cakes by Peggy Porschen. She actually has a lot of easy-to-do, buy very pretty ideas in her book.
