Class Of 2007 Survivor
This cake was a for a "class of 2007 Survivor" theme party. It was 3 three 2 layer cakes, ended up being 12" high. Rum cake with french vanilla mousse. Top cake had same but added raspberry filling also for a change. All done in butttercream.

Great looking cake... How do you cut this cake?
There were three seperate 4"cakes, So I would cut the top until I reached the cake board and then lift the entire cake off to continue cutting. Same for next 2 layers.
