I forgot to add that this is a reduced sugar cake. It actually tasted pretty good. I used the new Pillsbury cake mix and I made my icing out of Splenda that I turned into powder sugar in the food processer mixed with a couple of tablespoons of cornstarch. I used half real powdered sugar and half of my Splenda mixture.
