Baby Bootie Cake
This is for a co-workers baby shower and since she is having a girl I made it in pink. it is a chocolate cake with buttercream frosting. The ribbon is fabric and added with a dot of frosting. It was my first 3-D cake and I think it turned out pretty good

Great job! What size pans did you use?
I baked an 11x7, 1/2 egg shaped cake and 2 6" rounds. I cut the egg in half and used the more rounded half for the toe. I used the 2 6" rounds for the ankle part. So by placing the 1/2 egg and stacked the 6" rounds,I trimmed the bottom to the same shape. I used two boxes of cake mix.
