I am taking the wilton's class 1 with my daughter who is 9,she has never iced her own cake before and I think she did an AWSOME job! she iced and decoratedthis COMPLETELY on her own, I did not touch it ... only think I did was give her tips on how to dothings and smooth things, but she did all the work ... I am SO proud of her!
