Really cute cake - I love it! The trees are awesome; how or what are they made of?
I made my trees out of fondant. I just made a whole bunch of smashed pancake pieces of fondant then put them on a wire. The tree tops are made of fondant too. Thanks for asking.
All the extras are fondant/gumpaste. I had to get the whole surfer look. You can't see it, but there was a beach towel in the back.
