Max's Communion Cake
The customer requested at least 40 servings, so I used the 2 mix book pan and put it on top of a layer of 11x15" cake to increase the servings. Marble cake filled with chocolate bavarian. Iced in buttercream. The customer also had a cookie order to go along with this cake, so I used one of the cookies as a decoration on the cake.
