This was a cake for a client who's daughter rode horses and loved cowgirl things. She wanted it to be non-cartoony, so this is what I came up with. It is an 8" vanilla butter cake with satin vanilla bean buttercream and a MMF molded cowgirl hat. I think it turned out ok.
