Banana cake, filled with carmel, iced with buttercream, with gumpaste daisies and leaves. I named this one "The Cake From Hell", it was huge, 150 people, and was a lesson in architecture. Very glad to have delivered it without mishap. It was set up outdoors, in 100 degree heat.
