When my niece got married, she requested a carrot cake (which I had never had done as a 'wedding cake' before). I talked her out of it....then decided to surprise her with this 'ladybug carrot cake' (her sorority mascot was a ladybug and all her 'sisters' were in the wedding)....SHE LOVED IT!
