On The Road Again
This cake travelled 3000 miles to be assembled. My best friend decided she was getting married. I would not have a Costco cake so the solution was travel 3000 miles with a cooler full of cake. I froze all the parts and when I arrived at my hotel I assembled the cake. It was a simple chocolate cake with a cream cheese frosting with a hint of Champagne. In the end the cake was huge hit. Enjoy
