My icing is smooth because I beat the royal on a low speed, and I also paint the royal on the cookie. The shape of the cookie is from a cutter. The decorating design is mine.

Fairytale, love this cookie. Went to the Simon website. OMG - the cutters are amazing but I don't think I can justify paying that for cutters - okay, Art. But they are tempting.
