Thanks for the great comments! For the turrets- the 3 smaller ones are just sugar cones sitting on top of regular ice cream cones. I made a sort of watery paste from royal icing and used that to paint on the cones, then I attached white MMF just over the top of the reg. cone. The I just used the back of an icing tip to make the circles. Again I painted the sugar water/paste onto the cone and starting at the bottom I just placed the circle on overlapping eachother a little. Then I stuck a heart in.
