This was such a fun cake to do. Bottom layer is 12" chocolate, top is 8" white. Covered in fondant with a layer of buttercream underneath. A special "thank you" to the CC'ers who have their castle cakes on CC -- you were my inspiration and guides.
This is a beautiful cake! I love the way you do the tile roofing on your towers... very stylish pretty! I hope you don't mind too much but I would like to use your cake as my guide for building my neice's bd castle cake. :)
