This cake was a little tricky to transport! With the foundant drapped down the cake and the cake being so..heavy it had to be transported in pieces.But the top layer could not be set down on a flat surface do to the drapping foundant! Anyway, it all worked out in the end! The cake is three layers of white sponge with a hazelnut custard and iced with a white butter cream and then foundant placed on top! Yum! Yum!
