1St Tiered Cake - Very Nervous
Really nervous about doing a tiered cake, but it was for I was asked by my family to make the cake for my Aunt's 90th Birthday. Family's are forgiving so I thought I would try this cake. Here is the cake. I thought it called for and old fashioned delicate style and the handkerchief and peach roses (Her favorite color) seemed to fit the bill. Both layers are Vanilla cake.. bottom layer is raspberry filled and the top layer was pineapple cream cheese filled. Covered with buttercream and overlayed fondant.

Phoohbear, the pillars I got the pillars at the Dollar Store. They are really tea candle holders. At $1.00 each they were a steal. I'm always on the lookout for useful items I can incorporate on the cakes.
