My First attempt at fondant on a square cake. I learned not to let the fondant sit for too long. IT was actually a practise for a top tier of a four tier wedding cake. This cake was actually dropped while being transported to a Jeep Club event. However, the fondant held the cake together and being the manly men they are the pebbles were picked out of the fondant and they ate it anyway!
