Cool cake, love the vibrant colours. What brand of colours did you use?

I used wilton...I do prefer Americolor...but wanted to finish up the remeinder of my wilton! lol

Wish someone as good as you with cakes lived by me..needed a pretty cake and I just know I would mess it up. Are the cakes frosted or is this fondant? Beautiful cake!!!

Thank you! This is frosting. I only used fondant for the flowers and the palm tree leaves.

Great job! How did you make the palm tree ?

it is a large pretzel stick . I used a leaf cutter to cut the palm leaves, and dried them, then, I assemble the dried leaves into the tree top shape an dused candy melts to adhere them to the pretzel stick. I juat let it say standing straight up (leaf side down) until it is completely dry and ready to go onto the cake.
