Thank you all, Mkerton, the first daisies I made I had the tip upside down!!! Just too many flowers on such a little cake, but I couldn't imagine doing basketweave on anything bigger, too impatient!!!

I don't think your cake is tacky. You did a great job on your basketweave and rope border. and your flowers are better than my royal pain royal icing flowers. They are very pretty You did a great job Your birds are good to they look like birds mine didn't turn out as good. So when i took course 2 over i made a fence and butterflys

I think it looks great, I just finished course II and I couldnt make a daisy to save my life...yours looks much better....

Why do you think this is tacky? it's very pretty. I can't make flowers that good for the life of me without using molds. You should be proud of yourself!
