Fondant Flower Class Cake
This is the cake I made for our first "project" for the wilton fondant flowers course. I thought it was just going to be making flowers, but we were supposed to cover a board in fondant and then the cake and put it on top. I've never done a board w/fondant. It was kind of fun. I added royal icing flowers to finish the look because we have not done the fondant flowers yet (and it looked undone w/out flowers).

Thanks. I had to go get the spiral impression roller when I found out they are discontinuing it. It worked pretty good for both the board and the stripes on the cake.
