This was made for my cousin's 40th birthday. It's a white coconut mud cake covered in white ganache and fondant. The photos are scanned and copied onto icing sheets and then attached to the fondant, the frames are royal icing, painted with silver dust, mixed with alcohol. The hibiscus are made with modelling paste and then dusted red.

What are icing sheets? This cake is beautiful and I'm making a 75th bday cake for my grandmother and love this.

DaniD, icing sheets are very thinly rolled fondant with a plastic backing that can be printed on using a computer printer and edible inks, check out the kopy kake website, they have all the info
