Chocolate Fanatic!
This cake was really fun to do. I love to experiment with more gourmet type cakes. The cake is chocolate with chocolate buttercream icing. The filling is my own creation with chocolate buttercream international coffee and cinnamon. The pirouettes are filled with cappucino flavored cream. I topped it off with beautiful fresh strawberries! It was a huge hit at my friends birthday party!!
Absolutely gorgeous. The best part of this cake isn't just that it's great to look at, it also looks great to eat.

The filling is just Wilton buttercream with cocoa added to taste, then I put I sprinkle in international coffee and cinnamon to taste. No science to it really. Start out with a little of each until you reach the level of richness that is good for you. Warning this cake is extremely rich.!! Eat small pieces!!
