Baby Shower Cake
This is iced in buttercream with fondant accents and a bow. It was made to match the invitations. I got the idea for this cake from several decorators here who also had to match the same invitations.

You can add fondant to buttercream? I thought it was a no-no?!! But beautiful cake!
You can definately add fondant to BC. I used royal icing to attach the designs so they wouldn't slide off.

Thank you. It is a 6, 8, and 10. It's supposed to feed about 40. I smoothed the buttercream with a spatula dipped in warm water.
