My 2nd attempt at cheeseburger cupcakes! These came out much better than my 1st attempt. White almond sour cream cake for the buns, devil's food for the burger, bc ketchup & lettuce, mmf cheese
I always laugh at these because I think they look so much like burgers i'd probalby bite into it thinking it should TASTE like a burger and not cake. THey look great!

For the burgers I did devil's food with the extender recipe & baked it in a 10x15 pan. Torted it once. Then used a cookie cutter (around the size of the base of the sliced "bun") and cut out the meat. I was able to get about 48 meat patties
