7 Minute Icing
I had a person ask for a cake with 7 min icing for her mother-in-law's 92 birthday. She said I understand you won't be able to do much decorating with that icing but it is her favorite. So, I iced the cake, added wafer cookies around the outside and tied with a pick satan ribbon. I added a name tag. I hope she likes it.

I have a whole bunch of cake books out of the library right now and I've seen as well as on here, the wafer thing around- to spruce up the basic fluffy icing top. I think it looks fantastic! There is no way she wouldnt love that !
