I made this for a block party we are having today. 10 inch cake covered in mmf. The pineapple is made from the mini wondermold The characters are chocolate transfers.
no, I dont use tips. i just use the parchment triangles. YOu can get it so tight that nothing even comes out, so for details it is great to have the tiniest hole. Or you can use toothpics for details.
Merrisa. Again, another great job on the Chocolate Transfers!! You are great! I am still practicing!! Using the plastic does make it shiner!! Thanks so much for the tip. But are you using tips at all OR just bags with little holes. You figures come out soooo crisp. and clear. There's no fussiness. Please share. :)
hi merissa - your choc transfers are awesome. i love doing them, but they are never that neat. what is your technique for filling in the outlines and making them smooth?
I use parchment triangles for the choc. and then I can make the hole super tiny for outlines and details. I also do them on shiney report covers, that way it gives them a nice glossy, shiney look. Make sure your outlines are also set up so that when you do the next color they dont smear and melt together.
