I was really unhappy with the way this cake turned out. I couldn't find my X-acto knife anywhere and finally my dh confessed that he'd been using it to cut fishing line so I had to use a regular knife to cut the fondant. You just can't get a nice clean, thin cut with a regular knife. The customer loved it though.
