This cake was one of the hardest ones I have ever done. When the customer asked me if I could do it for her I was not extremely worried about the difficulty or time of completion. I quoted her 25.00. Well, 9 hours of work went by to get this cake to this condition. I never thought I would get all the sides and corners iced and smooth. Devils food cake, bc icing, mmf pencil and coffee cup. Lots of work... not enough charged. Oh well, live and learn.
