Topsy Turvy on Cake Central

This is so much easier to do then it looks We do so many of these and what we do is we cut the top of the cake on an angle from only halfway thru then we flip that cut off peice over back onto the cake and then put some jam there to hold it and then we cream it and ice it , looks good without being unstable for transport angle can be as dramatic as you dare
