This is a cake idea from an old Better Homes and Gardens book. Messed up on the lettering but that's what happens at 3:00 in the morning -ha ha!Oh well, everyone loved it anyway. I know the green board it's on is ugly - but I was using for the whole let's cut the cheese look. I only wish I had some kind of cheese knife to go with it.

yes, I just scooped some out with a spoon - was harder to ice than I thought though - with all the crumbs. Thanks for all the nice comments!
