This cake was for a 1 year old. Beach toys were given in the goodie bag so I made this cake with chocolate shells, fondant palm tree and graham cracker crumb sand.

I just used a graham cracker pie crust and broke it up to use as sand
I saw this in one of the magazines I got from the ICES convention. Can't remeber which one right off hand. I love the palm tree.

Gorgeous! With your permission I would love to do something similar for my sisters Birthday in Nov. when she comes in town!! (lives in FL) Great cake. Going into favs!!! :D
