Mmmmmmmmmm..... looks delicious!
Hope you don't mind me asking, How did you make the ganache?
I made the chocolate ganache 1 recipe submitted by cheftaz. It is really easy and yummy. I used Ghiradelli semi sweet choc chips. I also added the 1 TBS of butter(this is optional).
