Ganache Wedding Cake
This was my first ganache wedding cake, and I wasn't very pleased with the outcome, but the bride was very set on not having any bc on the cake, so the ganache wasn't very smooth. Oh well, decorated with blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries as well as a dual-sided chocolate transfer with an image that the bride came up with herself. All CASC cakes with raspberry preserve and sliced strawberries filling.
could you describe to me ganache and whats it made of looks yummy and good
Gosh, that looks so good!! Fantastic job!
it looks so good and sound Yummy!
I think this particular cake looks better (more "edible") when it's not smooth. It looks like a big candy bar MmMm! I can almost taste it lol. Great job!
i agree, i think it looks very yummy. just an fyi for the future, you can ice underneath the poured fondant with whipped ganache if you want a smoother appearance, but anyhow, this one does look so delicous just the way it is!
oops, i meant poured ganache, not fondant! :D
Mmmm...that looks sooooooo good! Beautifully done!
