This fun cake is one of my most popular designs since I'm located in Florida. The seashells are white chocolate, each hand decorated.

This is fantastic! Awesome beach theme. I can see that that design would work with many different toppers. This was a nice setting for the cake, too, wasn't it?

Thanks everyone! The shells are made of white chocolate using molds. Then after they harden up, I take edible powder called "luster dust" and hand decorate each shell using a small make-up brush. Make up brushes work best because they are angled and tend to not lose bristles as much as other brushes. Hope this helps!
