Bekki's Cake
14, 10, 8 round three inch teirs. Buttercreme icing with real daisy's. I made this for my daughter in-law and son's wedding. It also had clear gel hearts on the tops of the teirs- it doesn't show in the photo, but it just glistened!

They are little hearts made just like with icing (two tear drops together), but use clear gel instead.

I started doing them years ago, I got the idea from the 1988 Wilton Yearbook, the wedding cake on page 41 I adapted for my grandparents 50th anniversary, in the back they sell a special tip to make the heart, but I'm too cheap to buy everything, so I make it with a #2 or #3 tip, start with a dot and drag a tail, do the same the other direction to meet the two. :D :)
